The aim of Market Rasen’s Patient Participation Group is to represent the patients of this practice to feedback to practice representatives any suggestions patients may have or comments they wish to make with regards to the service which they receive from the practice.

If you would like to ask the Patient Participation Group any questions, please send an e-mail to LECCG.MarketRasenSurgery@nhs.net or write a message down and hand it to our receptionists.

As a Practice we are also keen to increase our Patient Reference Group and we would like to invite you to become a member. We are looking to involve as many patients in the group as possible, from as broad a spectrum to get a truly representative sample on a voluntary basis so that we can shape and develop the services that we deliver to you. We need young people, workers, retirees, people with long term conditions and people from non-British ethnic groups.

  • We would like to hear your views on what works, what doesn’t and what improvements could be made.
  • We will ask the members of this representative group some questions from time to time, such as what you think about our opening times or the quality of the care or service you received.
  • In the past the Department of Health have instigated surveys to look at ‘Patient Satisfaction’. We have carried these out annually but sometimes worry that the questions might not be relevant to Market Rasen’s patients, or we might be missing some important areas that you might want to feed back to us.
  • We will contact you via email and keep our surveys succinct so it shouldn’t take too much of your time (Although arrangements can be made if you do not use e-mail).

Please call into the surgery to pick up an expression of interest form.
